She contacted me right away after test results because doesn't want me to worry during holiday. Very thoughtful and sweet.
Ann Chang is an amazing provider. She really listens and is sensitive to patient concerns. She provides options and individualized care. Her explanations are clear and easy to understand. She has a comfortable demeanor and is easy to talk to.

I really enjoyed my care team. The resident doctor was very sweet and helped me feel comfortable depsite my nervousness over the procedure. It felt like Dr. Chang did a great job mentoring the resident doc & I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. The two nurses in the room were also really great and supportive, making me feel good with all the different steps of the procedure. For something I've been anxious to do for months now, I left actually feeling like it was kind of a "fun" experience because the care team was so great. I did struggle with trying to reschedule this appt as I had tried to get in contact with someone for 1.5 weeks. I had no luck and ended up having to keep my original date.
It's so nice to have. Dr that seems willing to actually talk w you about any procedures and/or concerns.
I really appreciated the care, concern, and interest shown by Dr. Chang and the attending staff. I felt safe during my appointment, and the focus of their attention was on my, not the next patient.
This visit was the most thorough and patient centered women's health visit I have ever experienced. The team took their time making sure I was comfortable, informed, and had all of my concerns addressed. I hope to make this clinic my go to care for all my women's health needs. Thank you so much. The colposcopy was the most horrible experience I had ever in my life. It was 100 times worse than childbirth. I understand this is not Dr. Chang and her 2 assistants fault but I would hope there might be a better way to accomplish this procedure for me in the future. Thank you.

Dr. Chang and her staff are awesome. It still concerns me a bit having her residents do the exam but I get it. I really appreciate having her as my doctor.
Dr. Chang was great and explained things very clearly, but I might ask not to have students or residents performing procedures in the future. The procedure (which is very uncomfortable) took longer because it was partially done by a medical resident with less experience. In the after summary notes she wrote up, there were instructions that hadn't been explained to me during the appointment (i.e., no swimming, baths, etc.) which I didn't know about. (I don't think these are relevant because I didn't have a biopsy, but they are in my after-summary notes so it's very confusing).
