Our mission is to create a healthier Hawaii. Because Kauai Medical Clinic (KMC) is a part of Hawaii Pacific Health, our patients have access to one of the largest health care systems in Hawaii. KMC accepts more than 150 insurance plans, including Medicare and many foreign insurance plans. KMC Eleele was awarded Gold Status as part of the American Heart Association and American Medical Association’s 2019 Target: BP Recognition Program, a national effort to get patient blood pressure rates under control to reduce heart attacks and strokes. KMC Eleele was one of just 542 physician practices and health systems to be recognized for achieving blood pressure control rates of 70 percent or more in their adult patient population with high blood pressure.
