Except for the delay in the appointment time everything went well as expected
I had to wait a little, but Dr. Chen took his time, answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease so waiting was not a problem. I had a good experience at Straub Pearlridge.

The ENTIRE service provided by office, x-ray, doctor, and nursing staff was most cordial and professional. They listened well and provided thorough information and follow-up instructions. I am relieved that Dr. Chen read the X-ray correctly and identified the problem which did not happen at another medical center.
