Participants will compete in the following age divisions:
Starts at “14 and under” and goes up to “80 and over.”
The top three finishers in each division category will receive a commemorative award during the ceremony. Finishers can pick up their awards at the Awards tent located near the bandstand.

The awards ceremony will start at 9:15 a.m. at the bandstand. Awards are presented to the top three 10K finishers in the following divisions:

All HPH Women's 10K finishers will receive a commemorative finisher's medal, rose, T-shirt and bag.
COURSE MAP
The Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K is a 6.2-mile sanctioned race, fully supported with top-notch volunteers and first aid stations along the route. The race begins promptly at 7:00 a.m. at Kapiolani Park near the tennis courts and takes participants on a scenic route along the oceanside of Diamond Head and through portions of the Kahala neighborhood before returning to Kapiolani Park for after-race festivities.

Parking Information
- Parking is available at the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo and the neighborhood surrounding Kapiolani Park.
- Pay close attention to no parking signs, designated parking hours and meter details.
- We strongly encourage carpooling, biking or taking public transportation.
- Race route street closures may begin as early as 4:30 a.m.
Spectators
Friends and family members are welcome to show their support during the race by bringing motivational signs and cheering on participants. As always, please remain respectful of private property and do not enter the race course. Pedestrians are permitted to cross the course at intersections where race officials are present.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
The Women’s 10K starts promptly at 7:00 a.m.
Be sure to allow plenty of time (45 minutes to an hour) between arrival and start time to walk to the packet pick-up area, use the restroom, check your gear and prepare for the race.
The starting line is located on Kalakaua Avenue near the Waikiki Aquarium. Look for pace signs to help you line up properly in the start corral – faster paces will be toward the front, and walkers and strollers in back so all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Restrooms are located near the tennis courts, and portable restrooms are located at Triangle Park along the course. Please be respectful of private property.
Race numbers are nontransferable and are nonrefundable. Bibs must be worn in the front by only the participant to whom it is assigned.
