2025 In-person 10K and 5K Fun Run FAQs
What time does the race start?
The 10K starts at 7 a.m.
The 5K Fun Run starts at 7:20 a.m.
Both races start and finish at Kapiolani Park.
An awards ceremony for the top finishers from each event is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. at the bandstand.

Will the Hawaii Pacific Health (HPH) Women’s 10K & 5K Fun Run be held in person?
Yes, the race will be held in person in 2025. We welcome female participants of all ages to join us at Kapiolani Park Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025.
We will also offer virtual 10K and virtual 5K Fun Run options for participants who wish to complete the race on their own.
How do I register?
There are three convenient ways to register for the HPH Women's 10K & 5K Fun Run.
- Option 1: Sign up online. Online registration closes Jan. 22, 2025 at noon HST.
- Option 2: Mail in your registration form (PDF). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Tuesday Jan. 21, 2025.
- Option 3 Register in person during packet pickup Jan. 24-25, 2025 and on race-day morning Jan. 26, 2025. A $10 late registration fee will be applied.

Where is the course located?
The HPH Women's 10K & 5K Fun Run both start and finish at Kapiolani Park. Both courses take participants along the scenic oceanside of Diamond Head and through parts of the nearby Kahala neighborhood.

If you are participating in the virtual race, you may choose your own course.
What finisher gear will I receive?
All racers will receive a commemorative finisher’s medal, rose, official race T-shirt and drawstring bag. An awards ceremony also will follow the in-person race.

How do I receive my race packet?
In-person participants may pick up their race packets at BOCA Hawaii during packet pickup. Please see details for packet pickup below:

Packets can also be picked up on race day, Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, at the Kapiolani Park Bandstand from 5 to 6 a.m.

What is the distance of the course?
The 10K is 10 kilometers (or 6.2 miles) and the 5K Fun Run is 5 kilometers (or 3.1 miles).
Where can I find the race results?
Results will be posted online at PSEresults.com by Monday, Jan. 27, 2025.
What is the minimum age to participate?
There is no minimum age to participate in either the 10K or 5K race.
What is your refund policy?
We understand that things happen and that your plans may change after you have already registered for the event. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on registrations.
How can I make a change to my reservation information (i.e., misspelling, address change, email, T-shirt size, etc.)?

2025 Virtual Event FAQs
Will the 2025 race be in person or virtual?
The Hawaii Pacific Health (HPH) Women’s 10K & 5K Fun Run will offer in person and virtual options for participants. In 2023, the virtual option was only offered for the 10K race. In 2024, the virtual option was added for the 5K Fun Run.
What is a virtual race?
A virtual race allows participants to complete the race on their own. Whether it’s on a treadmill, at a park or around your neighborhood street, you can walk, jog or run the designated race distance at your own pace and at a time and location of your choosing.
What is the distance of the virtual course?
The virtual 10K is 10 kilometers (or 6.2 miles) and the virtual 5K Fun Run is 5 kilometers (or 3.1 miles).
Will it be a set course?
You can run one of the original race routes or choose your own course for the virtual race course.
Will I need to go in person to packet pickup?
No. Virtual participants do not need to attend the in-person packet pickup. Packet pickup is for in-person participants to pick up their race packets.
Will there be results for the virtual races?
Yes. Results must be submitted manually by virtual participants by 11:59 p.m. HST Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025. Visit our virtual race page. Results will be posted online at PSEresults.com.
Will I have to use my phone, running watch or other device to record my results?
You can track your mileage and race time using any method of your choice.
Where do I upload my results?
All virtual participants will be sent an email with instructions and a link to input their first name, last name, distance and time. It is that simple!

What is the minimum age to participate?
There is no minimum age to participate in either the virtual 10K or 5K option.
What finisher gear will I receive for the virtual event?

All finisher gear will be mailed by Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025, to the address provided on the virtual participant’s registration form.
