How to Register
There are three convenient ways to register for the HPH Women's 10K & 5K Fun Run.
- Option 1: Sign up online. Online registration closes Jan. 22, 2025 at noon HST.
- Option 2: Mail in your registration form (PDF). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Tuesday Jan. 21, 2025.
- Option 3 Register in person during packet pickup Jan. 24-25, 2025 and on race-day morning Jan. 26, 2025. A $10 late registration fee will be applied.
Entry Requirements
Please note this is a women’s only race.
There is no age limit for participation in the Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K & 5K Fun Run.
The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited. All registration fees and ancillary purchases are nonrefundable. All participants are required to show a government-issued photo ID upon pickup of their participant packet (bib number and timing device) at BOCA Hawaii or on race morning Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025 during the scheduled hours. No exceptions will be made.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Hawaii Pacific Health reserves the right to reject any entry. Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your race number or entry to anyone else. You also may not transfer your application to the following year. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such an act of nature, terrorist threat, act of war, etc. there will be no refunds. There are no exceptions.
Course Description
The Women’s 10K course shares a Start Line with the 5K Fun Run and takes participants around Diamond Head with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and through beautiful neighborhood of Kahala, returning to Kapiolani Park for after-race festivities.
Aid Station
Fully-staffed aid stations are located near the midpoint of the Women’s 10K at Triangle Park, at the Diamond Head lookout on the return to Kapiolani park and at the finish line. For 5K Fun Run participants a fully staffed aid station is located just past the finish line at Queen Kapiolani Regional Park.
Water Stations
There are multiple water stations located along the course, including near the Diamond Head Lookout, at Triangle Park and the Finish Festival.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located near the tennis courts at the start line. Portable restrooms are located at Triangle Park, near the First Aid station.
The Finish
Once runners cross the finish line of the Women’s 10K and 5K Fun Run, they will receive a rose, collect their commemorative medal, finisher’s shirt, giveaway bag, water, fruit and other goodies will be available inside the Finish Festival where they can reunite with friends and family and enjoy the sponsor booths.
Results and Timing
Your race time is tracked using a device attached to your race bib. Race bibs must be worn on the front of your body and pinned to the outermost layer of clothing during the entire race to ensure your individual race number is visible to course officials. Do not bend your race bib or alter your race number.
