This was my first tele health appointment. They explained how easy it was going to be, and it was. Although this was only my 2nd appointment with Dr El-Sergany m, I really like his demeanor and approach. His staff also did great prep for the appointment!
We are very comfortable with this Doctor and his office staff
I was quite surprised that we were there less than 5 minutes with our appointment. Although my son had prior concerns, Dr just listened with stethoscope, not much conversation. I asked how he thought my son was doing, didn't seem too concerned, and shrugged ok. no future test ordered. At first Dr said see him in a year, then said see him in two years. I'm assuming he's doing ok.
The wait time to see Dr. El-Sergany was less than 5 minutes after arrival. His staff was very courteous and very helpful. The hospital is very fortunate to have Dr. El-Sergany as one of its physicians. Thank you.
Doctor was veryknowledgeable, professional, and personable. I hope he will be my Cardiologist in the future.

When someone called for an appointment time later after the video visit, they had no idea anything about the situation, which was quite disheartening. They were trying to schedule me for testing that already had taken place.. In addition, I gave a time period that I would be available and they completely were not aware of it or ignored it. It would seem that the people would be prepared in advance before contacting patients.
I usually like morning appointments so I don't have to wait long. This was demonstrated on this appt which was in the afternoon, and I had to wait over 25 mins after my scheduled appt time. Other than that, it went very well

Dr. El-Sergany is one of the best Drs I've ever seen. When he speaks to me about my heart condition he dies it in a way I can understand and puts me at ease. I would recommend him to anyone who asked me.

Dr. El-Sergany took the time to draw a diagram of what took place during my surgery detailing the results. He also reviewed the results of testing done during the office visit. His efforts to explain my health conditions and next steps for maintenance to ensure quality of life is very much appreciated.
