Do I need a referral?
Depending upon your insurance carrier, you may or may not need a referral from your primary care physician (PCP). Please check with your PCP or your insurance company to find out if you need a referral. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Where are you located?
We have four main medical centers - Kapiolani, Pali Momi and Straub on Oahu, and Wilcox on Kauai. We also have many clinics located throughout the state along with our Orthopedic Urgent Care located at the Straub Medical Center - Kahala Clinic & Urgent Care.

When is surgery the best option?
